Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications;
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow;
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager;
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards;
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and BOQs;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies;
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements;
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions;
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications; and
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project coordination
- Strong understanding of Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Services, particularly in residential and office fit-out projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM Tools, MS Office, etc.,)
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to conduct regular site visits and attend coordination meetings as required
- Willing to manage the graveyard shift of construction operations.

- Work Set-up: On-site face to face set-up
- Location: Robinsons Equitable Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
