Develop and manage the Manila PSG, including Contracts, Procurement, and Project Controls functions with coordination and integration into Perth PSG.
Mentor and develop Manila PSG personnel through individual development programs and training.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Align staff composition and skills with project requirements and strategic plans.
Support business development activities by broadening Manila PSG functions.
Collaborate with the General Manager - Manila and Group Manager - PSG to ensure project deliverables and standards are met.
Implement and coordinate auditing of policies, procedures, and standards to improve service quality.
Suggest methods to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel as needed to meet business and operational requirements.
Requirements:
10-15 years experience in project services management, including cost management, contract administration, procurement & planning/scheduling: preferably in the mining industry.
Strong background in project services management with a broad multidisciplinary base in procurement, expediting, transport and logistics and project accounting disciplines in the engineering or construction industries.
Previous experience in the multi-location interfaces and foreign currency aspects of a global project
