Role Summary
This position shall be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of strategic
sourcing and contracting strategies, processes and activities by integration and leveraging of spend
and opportunities across the ARI subsidiaries in collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver
significant savings and efficient operational services in support of Company's targets.
Key performance areas
- Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for procurement categories and requirements of ARI subsidiaries and CSUs
- On-time processing of purchase orders and/or contracts based on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Negotiation of best prices and contract terms for the CSU requirements while considering long term relationship with vendors as partners
- Compliance to company's policies and procedures for all procurement transactions
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management covering disciplines of strategic sourcing, vendor management, ERP systems, procurement operations and inventory management
- Leadership Experience: Required
- Project Experience: Required
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering or any related field. Technical with financial background is preferred.
