Actively look for investment opportunities in public Utilities Scale / Micro-grid project; review and evaluate project opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies for project implementation;
Support due diligence and investigate project background, resources, site assessment, feasibility study, environment and risk assessment, and acquire land through land lease agreements or purchases;
Analyze economic, legal and demographic factors affecting project development;
Direct and manage the whole process of project development, using appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timetables and milestones, tracking project milestones and deliverables;
Formulate and submit progress reports, proposals and documents, actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and formulate contingency plans;
Actively support the work of internal team members and contractors, including EPC and operation and maintenance;
Follow up the project permits and approvals with relevant governments such as DOE and NGCP etc.,
Qualifications
At least 8 years of working experience, 3 years of experience in solar project development.
PV technology or business background in solar PV industry or new energy industry;
Worked in reputable project development company or EPC company.
Good network with financial institution, government bodies, grid companies or distribution companies and environment bureau;
