Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all stages of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and communication
• Familiarity with construction processes, architectural, and structural engineering concepts
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Knowledge of MEPF systems and retail/commercial fit-out projects is a plus
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in construction management or a related role
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
