Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to support global delivery initiatives and ensure the successful execution of key projects. This role will focus on driving processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong communication with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, and capable of leading initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

* Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports

* Track progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure clear documentation of deliverables, milestones, and dependencies

Stakeholder Management

* Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders

* Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and status reporting

* Ensure alignment between technical teams, business units, and leadership

Process & Operations Management

* Drive structured processes and ensure adherence to best practices

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

* Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives

Collaboration & Communication

* Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and time zones

* Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Ensure transparency and accountability across all project activities

Required Skills and qualifications

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, operations, or related environments

* Strong ability to lead initiatives, drive execution, and manage multiple priorities

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Experience working with global teams and distributed environments

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Fluent English (spoken and written) - required for client-facing interaction

Preferred:

* Experience supporting IT or infrastructure-related projects

* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)

* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (nice to have)
