Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Enterprise
Job Description:
- Project management, Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
- Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability
- Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.
Qualifications:
- You have 6-8+ years of hands-on experience working with ICT Industry.
- 1 3 years experience with Project management.
- 1 3 year's Team leadership experience
- You are familiar in ICT infrastructure, such as network, storage, computing, and operating systems, Cloud.
- You are good at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- You have a very good understanding of, but not limited to, IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
- You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to think laterally for problem solving
- You are able to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a project team.

Job Title: Area Project Manager
Department: Delivery Management Department
Job Description:
As the Project Manager (PM) or Implementation Manager (IM), you will be responsible for leading the tasks, budget, workflow and deliverables throughout the stages of multiple projects. You will facilitate the process of the design, survey, installation and testing.
- Develop and deploy OSP (outside plant for optical cable) or FTTX delivery solutions for client.
- Prepare project plans and control the progress,
- Manage delivery scope and change, organize and oversee the execution of project deliverables and oversee key project milestones.
- Setup governance model, establish proper communication and report mechanism, assure customer satisfaction.
- Identify key risks and prepare mitigation plans.
- Manage project delivery quality and EHS
- Develop project budget and control the cost
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optical, Engineering, Business, etc.) and/or industry equivalent experience.
- PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.
- Minimum 5 years advanced experience in a OSP/FTTX project management role.
- Bid management and construction management experience.
- Presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic
- Microsoft Office applications (Including Microsoft Project)
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex technical projects
- Proven customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated organization skills, time management, attention to detail, team-oriented communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines are critical
Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
- Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase
- Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
- Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability
- Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.
Qualifications:
- Have relative knowledge and more than 3 years project delivery experience in Telecom wireless or Microwave related field;
- Be familiar with end to end rollout and Implementation management of wireless site delivery, project planning, subcon management, customer communication, etc
- Be familiar with Project Management Skills, including but not limited to Integrated Management, Progress Management, Quality Management, Procurement Management, Cost Management, etc.
- Have excellent skill and knowledge to lead project team to achieve the project target (no less than 5 persons in project team)
- Well understand the Philippine's local construction regulations, including but not limited to work permit
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Primavera or other related project management tools.
- PMP certificate or relevant project management certification.
- Excellent verbal and written skill of communication in English.
Requirements:
- Education background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Working experience: 3+ yrs project management experience in wireless/ Microwave or relevant fields
- Language Requirement (optional): English, and Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.
- Professional certifications from third parties (optional) Prefer to have: PMP Certification or related Engineer Certifications in local domestic
- Professional Knowledge: Project management methodologies
- Professional skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building ,conflict management, cross culture management)
- Additional requirement: Accept over time work and travel in domestic.
