About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects across business and technology teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across local and offshore environments to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do

Project Planning and Delivery

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and resources
  • Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure on-time delivery

Execution and Governance

  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
  • Maintain project documentation including risk logs, registers, and reporting artefacts
  • Ensure alignment with organisational frameworks and delivery standards

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate project updates, steering discussions, and decision-making forums
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed across the lifecycle

Financial and Resource Management

  • Track budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • Manage resource allocation and escalate constraints when required

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
  • Provide guidance, clarity, and support to team members

Change and Performance Management

  • Support change management and transition to business-as-usual
  • Track project performance, report status, and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience managing multiple projects across different business units
  • Experience working within cross-functional or matrixed environments
  • Strong project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
  • Experience delivering projects in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Tertiary qualification in business, management, or related field (preferred)
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is advantageous
