About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects across business and technology teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across local and offshore environments to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do
Project Planning and Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and resources
- Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure on-time delivery
Execution and Governance
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
- Maintain project documentation including risk logs, registers, and reporting artefacts
- Ensure alignment with organisational frameworks and delivery standards
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project updates, steering discussions, and decision-making forums
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed across the lifecycle
Financial and Resource Management
- Track budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Manage resource allocation and escalate constraints when required
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
- Provide guidance, clarity, and support to team members
Change and Performance Management
- Support change management and transition to business-as-usual
- Track project performance, report status, and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years experience managing multiple projects across different business units
- Experience working within cross-functional or matrixed environments
- Strong project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
- Experience delivering projects in complex, fast-paced environments
- Tertiary qualification in business, management, or related field (preferred)
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is advantageous
