IT/ Technical Project Manager
Overview:
This role drives alignment, structure, and follow-through across projects that span engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor multiple IT and software development projects.
- Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365.
- Partner with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked.
- Summarize project progress, blockers, and next steps for executive reporting.
- Manage dependencies across teams (engineering, operations, compliance) and escalate issues early.
- Support documentation and governance tracking for audits, release management, and change control.
- Lead regular cadence meetings (daily standups, weekly syncs, monthly reviews) to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Create structured templates, reports, and tools that help the IT team work efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in IT, software, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex updates.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or cloud-native systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT governance.
- Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. leadership and leading teams across time zones.
- Experience working with engineering teams or in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure with the SDLC, DevOps, or software release processes.
- Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ClickUp.
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience working on a night shift and remote setup
- Scrum Master or PMP certification
- Has experience coordinating and delivering key cross-functional initiatives at a high-level of impact and ownership
