Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that align with company strategy and customer goals
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scoping requirements, statements of work, project schedules, RAID logs, and other materials as needed
  • Assess resource needs and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment of skills and responsibilities
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget through structured analysis and regular reviews; manage change control processes in collaboration with internal teams and customers
  • Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and project governance processes
  • Partner closely with internal departmentsProduct, Engineering, Services, and Supportto deliver high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce impact on delivery
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and established best practices
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, providing clear and timely communications on project status, milestones, and issues
  • Escalate critical issues or blockers to leadership in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and complexities
  • Develop product knowledge across Client's solutions portfolio

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience supporting or managing technology projects, in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to support expectation management, assist in resolving issues, and contribute to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, standard methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers or cross-functional teams to communicate customer requirements and support product-focused initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with both internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical stakeholders and communicate business needs to technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Working knowledge of project management frameworks such as Waterfall or Agile; familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
  • Experience or interest in supply chain, food, grocery, or logistics industries is a plus.
