Job Title: Project Manager – Technical Projects
Location: BGC Taguig, Philippines (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee end‑to‑end technical projects across the full SDLC lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, advanced scheduling, and resource planning, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects, initiatives, and cross‑functional efforts from initiation through closure.
- Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to provide solutioning, define approaches, evaluate options, and address delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and delivery strategy.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize Jira dashboards to track sprint progress, milestones, and team performance.
- Prepare and deliver clear project status reports, risk updates, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team collaboration.
- Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and business demands.
- Take on functional tasks as needed and potentially oversee a functional area or strategic initiative.
Non‑Negotiable Skills
- Experience overseeing end‑to‑end SDLC projects from inception through implementation.
- Strong background in end‑to‑end technical project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, MS Excel).
- Hands‑on experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Advanced scheduling and resource planning capabilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in Jira dashboards and sprint planning.
- Ability to create clear, concise reporting and presentations for project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Power BI proficiency is a plus.
