JOB SUMMARY:
A Project Manager develops and executes high-level project management strategies, ensuring organizational initiatives are delivered successfully. With strong expertise in change management, they focus on securing stakeholder alignment, managing risks, and driving seamless adoption of new processes and systems. They combine project execution discipline with change leadership to achieve measurable outcomes across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute project management strategies aligned with organizational goals, incorporating change management best practices.
- Lead efforts to secure stakeholder buy-in and build commitment across the organization for project success.
- Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resistance, and challenges that may impact project delivery and adoption.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans, coordinating with HR, business units, and cross-functional teams.
- Track, measure, and report on project progress, adoption metrics, and overall impact to ensure successful outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management with strong background in change management.
- Proven track record in leading organizational projects that required significant change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of both project management and change management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, PRINCE2, ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders and manage resistance.
- Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth transition during organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to measure and report on both project and change effectiveness.
- Experience collaborating with HR, project teams, and business units to align project and change activities.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in dynamic organizational environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to work on a one‑year project‑based employment, with potential absorption thereafter.
