Project Manager (Software/IT)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and maintain governance.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and senior management.
• Track team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
• With 3-5 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master. Must be expert in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and knowledgeable in front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, APIs) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Employment Type: Contract/Project-based; 6 months initial duration but subject for extension depends on business needs.
• Work Schedule: Night Shift (10PM- 7AM) but must be open to work on shifting schedule when needed.
• Work Set-up: 100% onsite (but might consider temporary hybrid depends on our economic situation)
• Location: BGC, Taguig
