Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will lead a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP Innovation engagements. A successful Project Manager is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Leads a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP Hana engagements. Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in the production environment.
- Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors. Requires experience with PM methodologies.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)
- Must have at least 5 years experience in SAP Project Management
- Must have experience on Project Management methodologies, as well as an understanding of SAP HANA.
- Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- At least 5 full-cycle implementation and/or roll-out projects
- Project Management certification is a plus
- JLPT N1-N3 Certification is preferred
