Project Manager Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead fit-out projects across Pampanga and Metro Manila. This is a crucial, full-time, on-site role where you will be the single point of accountability for project success, delivering exceptional quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction from planning to turnover.
If you thrive on challenging timelines and managing complex logistics, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of interior retail and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Execution & Logistics: Strategically manage site operations, logistics, material flow, and procurement to maintain efficient workflows.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to Philippine Building Codes, DOLE safety standards, and rigorous quality standards for high-end finishes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary communication link, fostering effective collaboration with Clients, Consultants, Expeditors, Inspection Teams, Subcontractors, and Site Teams.
- Project Control: Utilize tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) for precise scheduling, budgeting, progress reporting, and managing project change orders.
Core Qualifications & Key Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in fit-out projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Proficient in project scheduling and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Effective communication with clients, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of site safety and quality control procedures.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in high-end finishes.
- Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
