Your Job

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the central driver of project success across our global automotive programs. You will take full ownership of the project lifecyclefrom early planning and crossfunctional alignment to execution, launch, and continuous improvement. In this key role, you will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are met with precision, quality, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Sales, Engineering Quality, Supply Chain, and Production, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Your leadership will guide the team through critical project milestones, risk assessments, and strategic decisionmaking. You will also ensure full adherence to Molex's Product Development Process (PDP), customer requirements, and industry standards, while maintaining operational excellence and transparency in reporting.

This role requires strong collaboration across regionsworking closely with teams in the US, China, Japan, and other global sitesas well as direct customer engagement. You will represent the project during internal reviews, customer meetings, partner escalations, and executive-level discussions.

Your work will directly influence successful new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and the customer experience. You will also travel to Molex facilities and supplier locations to oversee engineering builds, validation cycles, and production launch activities, ensuring that every project meets quality, cost, and delivery commitments.

Ultimately, your leadership, coordination, and technical understanding will help deliver worldclass automotive solutions that align with Molex standards and exceed customer expectations.

Our Team

You will join the CMS Program Management organization, collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams across Product Management, Sales, Engineering Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Production. Our team works with global stakeholders and partners to deliver highquality automotive solutions while ensuring process excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Proactively coordinate activities among global stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Engineering Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Production.

Lead the technical and disciplinary aspects of the project, including planning and managing project milestones in close alignment with the customer.

Track and ensure the implementation of the Product Development Process (PDP) for assigned projects.

Monitor and enforce compliance with quality and safety systems and standards.

Serve as the primary contact for partner presentations and escalation management.

Prepare, create, and present project management reports to company management.

Travel to Molex facilities and supplier locations to support smooth launches of new and existing projects.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry.

Experience leading or executing projects with crossfunctional, crossregional teams (CFT).

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Native or Upper Business Level).

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (e.g., US, China).

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in molding processes or molding assembly.

Background in vehicle wiring systems, connection systems, or electrical distribution systems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

International assignment or overseas work experience.

Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., wiring harness suppliers).
