Your Role

The successful candidate will project manage multiple initiatives from scoping through to implementation and roll out. And work jointly with cross-functional partners inside and outside of Global Enterprise Services (GES) to establish operations that improve client/customer service experience and support.

The project portfolio consists of transitions and/or transformation of New Scope and/or Existing Scope services in HR, Finance and Procurement processes related to a regional branch of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, and other types of projects, such as Strategical initiatives including Global Transformations, Post Merger Integrations, and Business Development initiatives. Able to work in complex/international environments, he/she will support and lead projects with medium to long-term scope typically embedded in the context of larger programs. Closely aligned with the GES Portfolio Optimization – LT, key stakeholders of the DES organization and its legal entities involved, he/she is accountable for delivering high complexity projects assigned.

  • Responsible for managing a 3-5 portfolio of transformation, post-merger integration, business development and other DES Strategical and GES Hub Initiative projects.
  • Defines and applies processes and procedures for successful execution of projects.
  • Identifies key risks, prioritizes & agrees on mitigation/action plan.
  • Periodically monitors the progress, quality and risks with respect to the overall project portfolio and reports status updates to upper management regularly through governance calls and presentations.
  • Steers the overall planning of the project portfolio in close alignment with the Integration & Transformation leadership team, PMO and other key stakeholders involved.
  • Oversees and calibrates projects, identifies/solves potential resource shortages, coordinates adjustments and ensures that requirements for a successful project planning and execution are fulfilled.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 4–9 years of Project Management experience, ideally within:
    • Global Business Services (GBS)
    • Shared Services
    • BPO / Global Operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple functions and geographies
  • Demonstrated ownership and leadership mindset—can drive initiatives without handholding
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong project governance, risk management, and execution discipline
