Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and construction of our gasoline station projects. This is a key project leadership role responsible for driving projects from pre-construction planning through construction, commissioning, and final turnover.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of gasoline station construction projects.
• Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, architects, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance through regular site inspections and project reviews.
• Review plans, specifications, cost estimates, variations, and change orders.
• Lead coordination for permits, regulatory approvals, inspections, and other project requirements.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, delays, cost issues, and technical concerns.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and final turnover of completed stations.
• Provide executive-level project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to Management.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or construction management.
• Proven experience managing commercial, retail, industrial, infrastructure, or gasoline station projects.
• Strong expertise in contractor management, project scheduling, cost control, and construction execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
