Client Services Project Manager

The Role

We're hiring a Project Manager – to manage travel projects from planning to completion. This is not a call center or ticketing role. It requires project leadership, coordination, and professional client handling.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of client journeys as structured projects

Oversee proposal assembly and journey documentation with high attention to detail

Own timelines, project plans, and deliverables

Own client and international supplier communication, maintaining strong, timely, professional correspondence

Coordinate logistics, hotels, and experiences across destinations

Monitor journey progress and proactively prevent issues before they arise

Ensure financial accuracy by tracking budgets, supplier costs, and margins

Work with tools like Airtable and Asana

Maintain high execution standards
