Project Manager - IT

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and self-starter Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT and Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Project Management and Business Analysis skills, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital initiatives. Candidates with experience in Big 4 consulting firms or similar environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management with exposure to IT and Digital projects.
• Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Proven experience in analytics and data-driven project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-starter and aggressive problem-solver.
• Experience in hybrid work setups and willingness to work night shifts.
• Preferably from Big 4 consulting firms or similar high-performance organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital platforms.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
