Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee software implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business requirements.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle contract management, including contract compliance, deliverables monitoring, vendor coordination, and adherence to agreed service levels.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs and delivery requirements.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreams to meet business objectives and client expectations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve delivery issues, and communicate project status, risks, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, contractual obligations, and organizational standards.
- Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and documentation for management and clients.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or a related IT project delivery role.
- Experience handling software implementation projects and IT infrastructure projects.
- Background in Contract Management, including vendor management, contract compliance, and deliverables monitoring.
- Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or workstreams.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT consulting, enterprise technology, banking, or financial services.
- Experience in end-to-end delivery execution, delivery governance, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with project management and delivery tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
