Join a high-impact PMO team supporting a leading Outsourcing North America business. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on managing complex, cross-practice initiatives — including a growing portfolio of AI-enabled process improvement projects.

About the Team

Our PMO identifies, prioritizes, and manages large, cross-practice projects with clear start and end dates, while also providing operational support that drives efficiency and consistency across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-practice projects from kickoff through delivery — managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with business and PMO leadership on AI-related initiatives, helping align execution with the broader AI strategy
• Own project status reporting to leadership and the PMO dashboard
• Manage operational support work spanning health, pension, and service center functions
• Maintain trusted client, contract, vendor, and colleague data
• Support SOC/audit compliance, user access tools, and shared collaboration platforms
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Strong relationship management skills with a track record of bringing cross-functional teams together
• Comfort operating in high-pressure environments with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, including executives and clients
• A collaborative mindset and strong organizational/decision-making skills
• PMO experience and/or interest in AI-enabled tools and automation are a plus

Schedule: This role requires working night shift hours to align with US business hours.
