Job Description
We're looking for a leader who can drive project success, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide engineering teams through the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive Agile development best practices, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, budgets, and technical challenges.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide mentorship, and support engineer performance development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong stakeholder management and project planning skills
- Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Passion for innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement
