We are looking for an IT Project Manager / Business Analysis to help drive IT and digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in documentation, requirements gathering, and project delivery, and can effectively bridge business and technology.
What We're Looking For
- This role is suitable for midlevel professionals with 35 years of experience in a Project Management and Business Analysis role, supporting IT or digital initiatives.
- Strong experience in Project Management, including managing or coordinating IT or digital projects endtoend.
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflows.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is a plus.
- Experience in insurance, finance, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
What You'll Do
- Manage IT projects endtoend, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Create clear project documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and project plans.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment.
- Support digital initiatives and understand the tools and systems involved in projects.
- Track and report project progress, dependencies, and issues.
