Job Description

Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
Coordinate with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and manage risks/issues
Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, and change management
Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration

Qualifications

Open to Junior to Senior Project Managers (experience level will determine role scope)
Background in software development projects is required; banking/financial services experience is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Location: Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
