- Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
- Coordinate with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and manage risks/issues
- Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, and change management
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Open to Junior to Senior Project Managers (experience level will determine role scope)
- Background in software development projects is required; banking/financial services experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
