We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex projects, and will be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Establish project governance and ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• LEAN / Six Sigma certification is a plus
