Job Description
- Develop master construction schedules, work sequences, and resource allocations.
- Oversee site operations for MRT stations, tunnels, deep excavations, or road underpasses.
- Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate interface issues with utility providers (SP Group, Singtel).
- Lead progress meetings with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Monitor project financials, cost control, and cash flow projections.
- Manage variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and subcontractor contracts.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for upper management and stakeholders
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH/MOM) regulations and LTA safety targets.
- Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
- Identify engineering and operational risks early to prevent project delays
