Project Manager (Office of the Chief of Staff)
Overview
The Project Manager will work under the guidance of the Chief of Staff, serving as a key driver of strategic initiatives, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures that the CRO's directives are translated into actionable plans and measurable results, enabling consumer revenue growth and operational excellence.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to support the CRO in defining and implementing strategies for consumer growth and market expansion.
- Program & Project Leadership Manage projects assigned by the Chief of Staff, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Work with the Chief of Staff to align sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations teams, ensuring execution of shared business priorities.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights Provide business analytics and progress updates to the Chief of Staff; identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for CRO decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency Support process improvements and execution frameworks that enable faster, more efficient delivery of CRO initiatives.
- Executive Reporting & Communication Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and board reviews, in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a representative of the Chief of Staff's office in advancing CRO priorities.
Expanded Responsibilities (Business Planning Management-Focused)
- HR-Related Activities Monitor workforce supply and demand planning for the Consumer Division, monitor hiring progress, and provide status reporting.
- Budget Planning Support Assist the Budget Planning team by consolidating and validating required inputs from various departments.
- Internal & External Coordination Support the Coordination Office in managing key communications and alignment across functions and inter-division initiatives.
- Process Improvement Initiatives Extend support to the Process Team on special projects that require CRO-related process design or optimization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate studies is an advantage.
Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in any of the following:
- telco industry (preferred)
- project management
- business planning
- strategy or revenue operations
- office of the COO/CFO/CRO or PMO roles
- Experience working with senior executives is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive-level presentations.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
