Requirements
- 12+ years of project management experience, with strong Agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, risk management, and team coordination.
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead initiatives, proactively address barriers, and accelerate project timelines. Conduct weekly stand-ups with internal stakeholders, lead calls, summarize action items, and track daily actions.
- Data Metrics: Deliver accurate metrics & keep stakeholders informed with the updates.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop performance metrics to measure efficiency gains and report progress to leadership weekly.
- Project Plan Write-Up: Create a detailed project plan outlining the scope, milestones, and timeline for all stages of the project timelines.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain documentation to reflect new processes and systems.
