Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Review and approve mold designs, material selections, and process parameters prior to tooling and trials.
• Facilitate design reviews, mold trials, FAI, and PPAP processes with customers and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost accuracy, profitability, and adherence to financial targets.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting tooling performance, cycle times, or product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, materials, and processes.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and project transparency.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental, health, safety standards, and ISO/IATF standards.
• Mentor and develop team members through project-based training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with at least 5 years in project management or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience with tooling, mold design, product development, and process validation techniques (PPAP, FAI, DOE).
• Proficiency in injection molding processes, tooling, and materials.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, and quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects with high responsibility, ownership, and customer focus.
