About The Role Analysis
- Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, and Engineering
- Monitor budgets, project timelines, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with permits, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Drive innovation through continuous learning, R&D, and process improvements
- Guide and manage on-site personnel and ensure efficient material use
- Provide key insights during sales meetings and support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For... Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must be Registered Electrical Engineer
- Has worked in a similar role or project management for at least 5 years
- Prior experience in renewable energy projects is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Willing to be assigned on project sites and must know how to drive
