Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in UKG Ready implementations to lead end-to-end project delivery and drive successful business outcomes. This role requires expertise in SaaS implementations, HR, Workforce Management (WFM), and Payroll processes, combined with strong stakeholder management and IT project delivery skills.

As the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will oversee project scope, timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of UKG Ready solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project plans, manage deliverables, and monitor progress to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.
  • Communicate project status, expectations, and outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for North American stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and effectively addressed.
  • Drive governance, project documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within SaaS or cloud-based solution implementations.
  • Hands-on experience managing UKG Ready implementation projects or similar Workforce Management and HCM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
