We are currently looking for aBusiness Analyst with a strong bias toward Project Management. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across post-sales ops departments. You will be the bridge between data-driven insights and project execution, ensuring that strategic goals are met on time and with precision.

Responsibilities:

Project Management (Primary Focus)

• Timeframe Management: Maintain effective project timeframes and provide consistent status reports to stakeholders.

• Deliverable Oversight: Manage and track all project deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools, specifically Airtable, to track project performance and schedule adherence.

• Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and alignment across global offices.

• Escalation: Proactively identify risks and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project continuity.

Business Analysis & Strategic Reporting

• Executive Reporting: Compile and deliver comprehensive reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and strategic insights for executive decision-making.

• Strategic Storytelling: Elevate standard data reporting into high-impact visual decks and reports that guide organizational strategy.

• Analytical Support: Provide data-driven recommendations and gap analysis to drive business planning.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, analytics, or business process design.

• Tool Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.

• Influence: Ability to motivate change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Organization: Superior multi-tasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
