About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to oversee internal projects, streamline processes, and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and on time.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple moving parts, structure workflows, and bring clarity to ongoing projects. Must be comfortable working independently, handling shifting priorities, and driving tasks to completion without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal projects from initiation to completion
- Organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Develop and document workflows and standard operating procedures
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders
- Track project progress and follow up on action items
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting hiring initiatives, assisting with documentation, and contributing to operational improvements as needed.

- Experience supporting business operations beyond a single department (e.g., recruitment coordination, documentation structuring, vendor communication, compliance-related tracking, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn unstructured information into organized action plans
- Comfortable handling evolving priorities and ambiguous situations
