Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Optimization & Standardization by creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build and improve Project Infrastructure & Strategic Planning using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Manage Cross-Functional Workflow Integration to improve collaboration, visibility, and project execution.
• Conduct Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation research to ensure projects meet municipal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee End-to-End Project Delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify project risks, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience building and managing project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Experience supporting architectural projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and city permitting.
• Experience in SOP Development for Niche Design, including documenting complex technical and compliance-related processes.
• Strong skills in Risk & Bottleneck Mitigation, with the ability to proactively resolve project challenges.
• Adaptability in an Evolving Market and the ability to update workflows and SOPs as regulations change.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
