Your Role
As a
Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of digital marketing, web development, and creative projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will serve as the operational backbone of project delivery while supporting leadership with day-to-day operational initiatives.
Specifically, You Will
- Manage end-to-end project timelines across paid media, SEO, web development, analytics, creative, and reporting workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Development, QA, SEO, Paid Media, and Creative, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery of tasks.
- Drive project execution by managing priorities, resolving blockers, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring projects remain on scope, on schedule, and within quality standards.
- Monitor team capacity, resource allocation, billable hours, and project workloads while identifying risks and discrepancies.
- Maintain quality control by ensuring deliverables meet established brand guidelines, internal standards, and client expectations before release.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a professional client experience.
- Improve internal project management processes, documentation, workflows, and recurring operational procedures to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status, approvals, scope changes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide hands-on support with reporting, quality assurance, campaign coordination, analytics, or other project tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Support leadership with operational reporting, approvals, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day project management activities.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or account management within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similar environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Website Development, and Creative production.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong client relationship management abilities.
- Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience supporting luxury, jewelry, watch, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Shopify, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional digital marketing and web development teams.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to optimize workflows and delivery processes.
