POSITION PURPOSE

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of Growth and Non-Growth Projects, including program projects and new site developments under Shell Projects. It provides project coordination and administrative support to Area Managers, ensures accurate progress tracking and timely project updates, and coordinates with relevant stakeholders to support efficient project execution. The role may involve deployment to project sites anywhere in the Philippines and temporary assignment as Area Manager when needed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation of Growth and Non-Growth Projects, including program projects and new site developments under Shell Projects.
• Assist Area Managers in preparing and communicating regular project updates, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation and timely completion.
• Accept assignments at project sites anywhere in the Philippines, as required by business needs.
• Assume Area Manager responsibilities in the absence of an assigned full-time employee (FTE), when required.
• Participate in training and continuously develop relevant skills to support team and organizational objectives.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Shell projects or gasoline retail operations is an advantage, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and follow-through.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites anywhere in the Philippines.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities and assignments as required.
