We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead our team in Cavite. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, client engagement, and team performance across large-scale annotation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects Independently: Own the full lifecycle of Data Annotation/AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships to enhance satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Project Planning & Execution: Analyze requirements, develop strategic plans, and oversee implementation.
- Team Leadership: Manage onsite teams with potential to scale up to 200+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Design and implement QA frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and introduce incentive programs to drive team motivation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication across global time zones.
- Training & Development: Effectively onboard and mentor new Team Leads.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualification
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional team
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in the use of project management software and tool
- Relevant experience as a Project Manager in the AI/Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
- Proven experience in leading and motivating project teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field
