About the Role

AeroCloud Systems is at the forefront of innovation with its suite of solutions tailored for airport operations. As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of our technology solutions across global airport clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Ownership and Impact

Project Planning and Delivery

  • Translate customer contracts and requirements into actionable project plans
  • Define timelines, milestones, and dependencies across hardware, software, and resourcing
  • Coordinate procurement, installations, onboarding, and go-live activities across the AeroCloud delivery teams

Customer Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the customer during implementation
  • Set expectations clearly, communicate delays or risks proactively, and manage changes in scope
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve blockers

Internal Alignment

  • Facilitate regular standups, updates, and progress tracking within the Implementation team
  • Ensure delivery tool tickets are up to date and reflect the true state of project progress
  • Own documentation and communication in the delivery tool

Project Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans, change logs, risk registers, and meeting notes
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete ahead of UAT and handover to support
  • Drive clarity and consistency across all internal and external documentation

Handover and Go-Live

  • Own the transition to BAU support after implementation
  • Ensure Customer Success, Support, and internal systems are updated before handover
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven experience in project delivery, ideally in SaaS, transport, or infrastructure
  • Skilled at working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
  • Aviation experience is a plus but not required
  • Project Management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP) is desirable
