Job Summary

The Project Management Supervisor handles special projects like improvements and major rectifications in all manage properties and provide terms of reference and cost estimates. Ensure project undergoes pre bidding and awarding bids based on standard partnering rates. Introduce and monitor Greenmist Property Management Corporation (GPMC) standards in all manage properties

Your Role, Your Impact

• Handles special projects such as improvements and major rectifications across all managed properties, including the preparation of terms of reference and cost estimates.
• Provides project concept renderings, drawings, and measurements.
• Ensures that all projects undergo proper bidding policies and procedures, and that rates are based on standard pricing.
• Monitors projects in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.
• Performs all other related duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Who We're Looking For

• At least two (2) to three (3) years of relevant work experience in a related field
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Revit, and AutoCAD)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
• Knowledgeable in as-built plans, cost estimation, punchlisting, and CCTV systems.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
