Project Management Specialist (Bataan and Bacolod)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for Project Management Specialist who will be assigned in Hermosa, Bataan and Bacolod is expected to develop a detailed project execution plans including scope, timelines to ensure timely completion with the guidance of the Assistant Project Manager. This person will act as the primary point of contact between the developer and construction operation group to ensure that all works meets industry standards and the developer's specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Certification (Advantage)

• Certified Civil Engineer

Experience

• With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering, and budget management.

Knowledge

• House and Land Development Process
• Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
• MS Office applications
• Business Ethics Frameworks

Skills

• Strategic and analytical thinking and execution
• Cost Estimating Skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
