PMO Lead | Hybrid (Makati)
We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to help build, run, and scale a PMO-as-a-Service / Managed Services offering for a growing professional services organization.
This is a hybrid role, with once-a-week onsite work in Makati and regular collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Position: PMO Lead
Work Setup: Hybrid 1x onsite per week (Makati)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Own and operate a PMO / PMO-as-a-Service or managed services model
- Set up PMO governance, standards, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Lead delivery across multiple projects, programs, or client engagements
- Partner with leadership on selling, shaping, and scaling PMO or professional services offerings
- Act as a senior client-facing lead, managing expectations and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery quality, financial performance, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, or consulting delivery
- At least 3 years owning and running a PMO or managed services function
- Hands-on experience setting up, selling, and running PMO-as-a-Service operations
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in building and selling professional or managed services
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and enterprise clients
