We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO (Project Management Office) professional to support a large-scale Procurement Solutions transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO governance, procurement solution delivery (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent), and enterprise project tracking. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and coordination skills to ensure project success across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive PMO governance, reporting, and control processes across all project phases.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Consolidate and present weekly and monthly project status reports for steering committee and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between project teams, business leads, and technology vendors.
- Oversee procurement-related solution streams, ensuring adherence to project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Support change management, quality assurance, and audit readiness activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
- Manage documentation, meeting minutes, and approvals through PMO templates and systems.
- Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation or escalation actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall project delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO or Project Management role.
- Proven experience supporting Procurement, Finance, or ERP-related transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in governance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting within large programs.
- Excellent skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, or Clarity PPM).
- Solid understanding of project financials, resourcing, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Must be available onsite in Mandaluyong City throughout the project duration.
