Project Management Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Officer - Project Management to lead SAP, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, and integration projects from planning to deployment. The ideal candidate has strong project management, stakeholder management, and systems integration experience, with the ability to drive successful project delivery and business outcomes. Must be willing to work in Parañaque City.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for Supply Chain, SAP, E-Commerce, and integration projects.
• SAP Management: Own SAP change requests (CRs), enhancements, prioritization, release planning, and deployment coordination.
• Integration: Drive API/middleware/EDI integrations ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• PMO Governance: Enforce PMO standards including RAID logs, reporting, templates, and stage-gate processes.
• Testing & Deployment: Lead SIT/UAT, defect management, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.

Job Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in IT project management or enterprise systems delivery.
• Experience in Supply Chain systems, SAP enhancements, E-Commerce platforms, and system integrations preferred.
