Project Management Officer

Location: Philippines, should be ok to work onsite

Responsibilities:

• Create MOM and track actions in MOM till closure. Highlight action items not completed as per target dates

• Implement Standard process and Governance framework across banking. Resource Allocations and Deallocations

• Project Extension, Project renewals, PO funding in Quest

• Fulfill RRFs demands (New/Replacement/Resigned) working with TP/RAG and Delivery teams

• Raise RRFs for new and renewals. RRFs for replacement. Tag RRFs to projects in Quest.

• Assist in Resource onboarding by working with clients

• New business, Renewal opportunities tracking in Quest.

• Tracking margins for T&M opportunities.

• Complete workflows for SFDC opportunities in Quest.

• Tracking Non-billability in projects

• Demand planning/people capacity for upcoming quarters

• Resource fulfillment as per SOP-RRF journey

• Tracking of Rotations of eligible candidates for respective projects with DMs/TMs

• Support Productivity tracking, Dashboard creation

• Support Utilization tracking for DGMs

• Support DMs for leave forecast and tracking

• Resolving deviations in People strong and Quest (leaves in Quest not accounted in People strong)

• Support DMs for People forecast
