Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains soft copies of project documents in a secured database
- Checks the Project Charter of each project to ensure the completeness and accuracy of project status
- Manages project performance are aligned with the Group's directions, budget and timeline
- Identifies potential issues or risks that could affect the project's progress. Communicates with project leaders and identifies potential solutions. Ensures that the Chief Admin Officer is aware of such risks
- Sets monthly business review in collaboration with project leaders and Chief Admin Officer to discuss progress of the projects, resolve surfaced issues, and to discuss future steps
- Provides assistance and support to project leaders in resolving project issues to achieve project success
- Collects data from different sources (ex. Reports) then analyzes and interprets data (i.e. employees leaves, overtime, infractions, attritions) to aid in decision making
- Generates meaningful and relevant information from the available data on periodic and ad hoc basis
- Creates appropriate visuals and materials to present the data that caters to target audience
- Presents the data to the audience (e.g, ManCom)
- Performs confidential tasks as assigned by the Chief Admin Officer
- Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development work
Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S. Human Resource Management or any Behavioral Science courses
- At least two 3 years work experience in human resources, at least one (1) year experience in analytics
- Familiarity with projects in the group, planning and organizing, knowledge of project funding
