Qualifications
College graduate (BSCE preferably).
Licensed Engineer
At least 5 years of experience handling land development projects as Project Officers or equivalent.
Well versed in written and verbal communication
Knowledgeable in engineering related computer application such as Primavera, Autocad and Procore or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policies of both the Client and the Company.
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments vis- à-vis budget.
Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications.
Coordinates project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance to all concerned units.
Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and
improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project.
