Role Description

The Project-In-Charge will oversee and coordinate flooring projects to ensure their successful completion. Daily tasks include planning project schedules, supervising on-site operations, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. The role also involves client coordination to address project requirements and concerns effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource management, and task delegation
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Technical knowledge and experience in construction or flooring projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to project demands
• Preferably with a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in the flooring industry or similar construction projects is a plus
