PROJECT IN CHARGE (LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project-In-Charge based in CAVITE AREA. The Project-In-Charge will oversee project operations to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, preparing and managing project plans, monitoring project progress, and addressing operational challenges as they arise.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and project requirements, while maintaining strict quality control throughout all phases of the project.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Technical expertise in construction management, with working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address issues efficiently and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred
