Job Summary

The Project In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects from planning to completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee project activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
  • Manage project documentation and reports
  • Identify risks and resolve issues promptly
  • Supervise and lead project team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in project supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge in budgeting and cost control
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
