Job Summary
The Project In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects from planning to completion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee project activities from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Manage project documentation and reports
- Identify risks and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise and lead project team members

- Proven experience in project supervision or management
